Teams for T20I series against New Zealand, Test series and 2-day warm up tie against Sri Lanka announced
The selectors decided to bring in batsman Shreyas Iyer and pacer Mohammed Siraj for the T20I series.
Virat Kohli will lead the team as expected and Ashish Nehra will be a part of the squad only for the first T20I against the Kiwis as he retires at the Ferozeshah Kotla.
The committee also named the team for the first two Test matches of the three-match series and the Board President’s XI for 2-day warm-up tie against Sri Lanka.
