Supreme Court directs BCCI to allow Bihar to play domestic tournaments
New Delhi/Bihar, Jan 4 (IBNS): The Supreme Court on Thursday directed the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to allow Bihar Cricket Association to play Ranji trophy and other domestic tournaments, media reports said.
The Supreme Court said the interim order has been passed in the interest of cricket.
When the BCCI raised the issue of pending dispute between Bihar and Jharkhand associations, the top court said the disputes will be sorted later but the state must play cricket first.
