Rangana Herath named Sri Lankan skipper for series against Zimbabwe

Colombo, Oct 24 (IBNS): Sri Lanka Cricket on Monday announced spinner Rangana Herath will lead the Sri Lanka Team in the 2 Test Series against Zimbabwe.

The series will commence from Oct  29 in Harare.

Hearth, who announced his retirement from the shorter format of the game in June, was the pivotal bowling performance is Sri Lanka’s Test Series win over Australia in August this year.
