Rajasthan Royals beat DD by D/L method in IPL clash

Jaipur, Apr 12 (IBNS): In a rain-hit match, Indian Premier League side Rajasthan Royals defeated Delhi Daredevils in a group stage match of the tournament by D/L method on Wednesday.

Batting first, Rajasthan had posted 153 runs for the loss of five wickets.

Skipper Ajinkya Rahane remained the top scorer with his 45 runs knock.

Shahbaz Nadeem picked up two wickets for Delhi.

In return, Delhi had posted 60 runs on the scorecard for the loss of four wickets when match was halted and later could not be resumed.

Rajasthan won the match by D/L method.
