Islamabad, June 23 (IBNS): Naeem ul Haque, special assistant to the Pakistan Prime Minister, received some online criticisms from cricket fans after he posted an image of Sachin Tendulkar and captioned as ' PM Imran Khan 1969'.

In the black and white image, young Sachin Tendulkar could be seen raising his bat in glory.

Imran Khan, who is the current PM of Pakistan, once led the nation to the World Cup glory in 1992 in Australia.

It is so far the last time Pakistan won the 50 over mega tournament in the history of the game.

Hilarious comments and memes hit the cyber world as soon as Haque posted the image.

One ZEB tweeted: "the legend naeem ul haque in 1857."

Another Twitter user Dr. Afnan Ullah remarked: "Since tendulkar date of birth is April 24, 1973. Therefore, the picture must be of IK. Hence proved Naeem Ul Haq is right."

A Twitter user Owais Khan said: "Naeem ul haq sahib this is not imran khan but sachin tendulkar. You can reconfirm from khan sb himself."
