Kolkata, Apr 27 (IBNS): Journalist Boria Majumdar on Friday announced the association of Fanattic Sports Museum with the Kolkata Manchester United Supporters Club, in the presence of the Kolkata Manchester United Supporters Club in Ecospace.

The group handed an exclusive reserve on Manchester United – Opus to Boria Mazumdar and official Manchester United jersey, signed by all the players and a letter of

acknowledgement from the then manager Louis Van Gaal.

This Kolkata Manchester United Supporters Club got its official status from Manchester United in the year 2015.

Since then, they have been featured on the official Manchester United website.

The team on Friday donated these valuable possessions to Fanattic Sports Museum thus adding a glory of feather to the museum.

The group also gifted Opus, one of the exclusive collection of Manchester United to Boria Mazumdar, Indian sports scholar and journalist.

Speaking on this occasion, Boria Majumdar said, “The Opus is one of those exclusive books of Manchester United that has been printed only 10000 times, with only 2000 of them in circulation to the general public and probably we will be the first one to have possession of this precious asset. I feel grateful and proud to be the owner of this rare reserve.”
