Novak Djokovic reaches US Open semis

New York, Sept 7 (IBNS): Serbian Tennis star Novak Djokovic has reached the semi-final of the US open on Wednesday.

The French star retired with a left knee injury, making Novak reach the semis.

Novak was leading the match  6-3 6-2 when Tsonga retired hurt.

Gael Monfils beat compatriot Lucas Pouille to reach the semis and meet Novak in the last-four clash.

Monfils beat his opponent 6-4 6-3 6-3.
