Nagpur, Nov 24 (IBNS): Sri Lankan captain Dinesh Chandimal won the toss and elected to bat first in the second Test match on the ongoing series against India here on Friday.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Shikhar Dhawan are not playing the second Test for India due to their personal reasons.

India have returned to the four-bowler formula in this match as they picked Rohit Sharma for Bhuvneshwar Kumar.

Murali Vijay will replace Shikhar Dhawan at the opening slot for India.

Sri Lanka retained the same squad which played in the first Test match.

The first Test match in Kolkata had ended in a draw.

The three-match Test series is leveled 0-0.
