IPL: Sunrisers Hyderabad defeat Rajasthan Royals by 11 runs

Jaipur, Apr 29 (IBNS): Sunriser Hyderabad defeated Rajasthan Royals by 11 runs in an IPL group stage match here on Sunday.

Rajasthan posted 151 runs for the loss of seven wickets and then restricted their opponents at 140 runs for the loss of six wickets.

Skipper Kane Williamson smashed 63 runs as he topscored for Sunrisers.

He seven boundaries and two sixes in the knock.

Apart from the skipper, Alex Hales of England added 45 runs with his willow.

Jofra Archer picked up three wickets for Rajasthan.

Ajinkya Rahane (65) and Sanju Samson (40) remained the top scorers for Sunrisers but could not manage a victory.

Kaul picked up two wickets for the side.
