IPL opening ceremony: Four iconic players felicitated

Hyderabad, Apr 5 (IBNS): Four iconic players, including Sachin Tendulkar, were felicitated ahead of the opening ceremony of the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Hyderabad on Wednesday.

Sachin Tendulkar, VVS Laxman, Virender Sehwag and Sourav Ganguly were all felicitated before the first match of the 10th edition of the cash rich tournament.

In the first match, current  champions Sunrisers Hyderabad will take on Royal Challengers Bangalore.

RCB is missing the service of skipper Virat Kohli due to injury.

The opening ceremony is expected to be another spectacular event with Bollywood stars joining the stage for the mega event.

Joining the ceremony, actress Amy Jackson showed her dancing moves on stage.
