IPL: Gautam Gambhir,Robin Uthappa guide KKR to victory

Kolkata, Apr 28 (IBNS): Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) defeated Delhi Daredevils by seven wickets in an IPL encounter here on Friday.

After Delhi were restricted to 160 runs for the loss six wickets, Kolkata batsmen reached 161 runs for the loss of three wickets.

KKR skipper Gautam Gambhir played a heroic knock of unbeaten 71 runs. He hit 11 boundaries in the 52-ball innings.

Smashing five boundaries and four sixes, Robin Uthappa added 59 runs for KKR.

Riding on Sanju Samson's 38-ball 60, Delhi Daredevils posted 160 runs for the loss of six wickets in their 20 overs against Kolkata Knight Riders in an IPL match here on Friday.

Samson hit four boundaries and three sixes in his memorable knock.

Shreyas Iyer made handsome 47 runs contribution with his willow.
