India continue their winning momentum, beat Spain 5-1

Belgium, Sep 29 (UNI) Indian Men's Hockey registered consecutive victories against World No 8 Spain, as they beat them 5-1 in their third match of Tour of Belgium here on Sunday.

After recording a 6-1 win against the same opposition on Saturday, the World No 5 Indian team looked comfortable throughout the match as Harmanpreet Singh (41', 51') scored another brace to lead his team to a convincing victory.

Others who scored one each for the team were Akashdeep Singh (5'), SV Sunil (20'), Ramandeep Singh (35').

For Spain lone goal came through Iglesias Alvaro in the 3rd minute of the game.

India's fourth match will be against World No 2 Belgium on Tuesday.
