Independence Cup: World XI win toss, opt to bowl against Pakistan

Lahore, Sep 12 (IBNS): World XI won the toss and elected to bowl first against Pakistan in the first T20 match of the Independence Cup on Tuesday.

Pakistan is hosting a World XI team for a three-match T20 series.

World XI will be led by South African captain Faf du Plessis.

The series has brought the international cricket to Pakistan eight years after a militant attack on Sri Lankan team bus.

On the other hand, Pakistan will be led by Sarfraz Ahmed.
