Garbiñe Muguruza reaches French Open 2nd round

Paris, May 29 (IBNS): Defending champion Garbiñe Muguruza of Spain cruised to the second round of the French Open women's single event here on Monday.

She defeated Francesca Schiavone.

The match ended in Garbine's favour with  6-2, 6-4 scoreline.

The match lasted for just an hour and a half.
