FIFA World Cup: Uruguay defeat Russia 3-0
Samara, Jun 25 (IBNS): Uruguay outplayed Russia in a Group A match of the FIFA World Cup 2018 at the Samara Arena Stadium here on Monday.
Uruguay won the match 3-0.
The three goals for Uruguay were scored by Luis Suarez, Denis Cheryshev and Edinson Cavani at the 10th, 23rd and 90th minutes of the match.
Uruguay and Russia reached the last 16 of the tournament from Group A with nine and six points respectively.
