English cricketer Danielle Wyatt had proposed Kohli to to marry her, now herself congratulates Indian skipper

London, Dec 12 (IBNS): England Women's team cricketer Danielle Wyatt, who had once stunned people by proposing Virat Kohli for marriage on social media, has wished the Indian captain and actress Anushka Sharma after they tied the knots.

"Congratulations @imVkohli & @AnushkaSharma ," she tweeted and congratulated the couple.

Her congratulation tweet has been liked by 1.4 K netizens so far.

Grabbing the headline in India, Wyatt had once proposed Kohli and tweeted: "Kholi marry me!!!"

Meanwhile, fans tried to console the cricketer.

One Tabrez said: "Only If she had proposed with correct spelling,things might have been different.After all its all in the name. ."

Another Roshan Chetri said: "I know u must be heart broken...anyways, life goes on :)."

One Twitter user Kishan Jha posted an old image of the English cricketer standing with Kohli and wrote: "Broken heart ."

Another Shambhoo Kumar remarked: "Such a big heart needed to wish your crush on his marriage ."
