Cameron Bancroft scores 2 runs in BBL clash in his return to competitive cricket after end of ban

Melbourne, Dec 30 (IBNS):  Cameron Bancroft made only two runs in his return match to competitive cricket as he played in a  Big Bash League clash.

He played for Perth Scorchers in the Sunday clash.

He lasted for three deliveries in the match.

Perth Scorchers lost to Hobart Hurricanes in the T20 league match.

The Australian cricketer's ban for his role in using sandpaper on the ball on day three of the Cape Town Test in March officially expired on Saturday.
