Anil Kumble resigns as Indian team coach?

New Delhi, June 20 (IBNS): Former Indian skipper Anil Kumble on Tuesay stepped down as the coach of the Indian team, media reports said.

His contract with the team ended on Tuesday and he does not want to continue it, reports said.

Anil Kumble took the decision just days after India were defeated in the final of the ICC Champions Trophy by Pakistan.

Pakistan won the trophy by beating India by 180 runs.
