Islamabad, Sept 20 (IBNS): Pakistan spinner Saeed Ajmal has declined Pakistan Cricket Board’s “fitting send-off”offer given to him.

The cricketer said he has no intention to quit ODI and T20 cricket at present.

“I have no intention to quit one-day or Twenty20 cricket at the moment,” the 38-year-old spinner told Dawn  News.

"I have worked really hard to stage a comeback and my performance in the National T20 Cup reflects that," he said.

PCB executive committee chairman Najam Sethi on Saturday said Ajmal and Shahid Afridi will be given fitting send-offs from cricket.

"@HashmeNabeel @TheRealPCB Agreed. PCB will honour Afridi and Ajmal in fitting sendoffs. I will meet and discuss this with them next," he had tweeted.
