Jeet starrer Chengiz to be first Bengali film to get Hindi release

Kolkata/IBNS: Tollywood superstar Jeet starrer upcoming film Chengiz is all set to become the first Bengali film to get a release in the Hindi language.

Chengiz is all set to hit the big screens on Apr 21 on the occasion of festival Eid.

Jeet tweeted on Tuesday, "We are glad to announce that #CHENGIZ will be the first-ever Bengali film to have a simultaneous Hindi release."

Directed by Rajesh Ganguly, the film is set to portray the underworld scene of 1970s, 1980s and 1990s Calcutta (now Kolkata).

With Jeet in and as Chengiz, the film features Susmita Chatterjee, Rohit Bose Roy, Shataf Figar in key roles.

The film will be produced by Jeet Jeetz Filmworks in association with AA Films.
