On Rabindranath Tagore's birth anniversary, Hoichoi starts streaming his popular story Laboratory

Kolkata, May 9 (IBNS): To mark the birth anniversary of Bengali polymath Rabindranath Tagore, Hoichoi, a digital Bengali entertainment content platform, on Wednesday, started streaming Laboratory, a popular story by the former, as a Hoichoi Original Film.

The "Tagore special film" got uploaded on the OTT platform on May 9, the day Rabindra Jayanti is widely celebrated.

Rabindra Jayanti is a cultural festival celebrated in remembrance of Kabi Guru Rabindranath Tagore's birth anniversary. It is mostly prevalent among Bengalis and by ardent followers of Tagore.

The festival is commemorated on the 25th day of Bengali Calendar's "Boishakh".

Laboratory stars Kaushik Sen, Nandini Ghoshal, Darshana Banik and Anirban Bhattacharya.    

It is the first feature film shot exclusively for Hoichoi.
