Tibetan protesters demonstrated outside the  Chinese Embassy in Delhi on a day when the country celebrated its national day.

The protesters demanded that China should be held accountable for committing atrocities in Tibet.

During the demonstration, the demonstrators were heard raising slogans like “Make China accountable for committing atrocities in Tibet,” “Free Tibet”, “Stop genocide in Tibet,” “China go away”, “Free Tibet, stop genocide, Tibet is not part of China,” and “Stop atrocities in Tibet.”

Police detained the protesters when they were heard raising slogans against China.

Speaking with ANI, Tibetan Youth Congress President Gonpo Dhundup said, “The cycle rally organised by the Tibetan Youth Congress started this campaign on September 24 from Dehradun till today (September 30). It’s our 7th day. Till now, we have covered more than 400 km across four Indian states and two union territories.”
