There is only one anand in Assam and he's Sarbananda: Narendra Modi
Guwahati, Mar 26 (IBNS) Addressing a rally in Assam on Saturday, ahead of the state polls, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that there is only one anand (happiness) in Assam and he is Sarbanand (Sonowal), BJP's Chief Ministerial candidate in the state.
He further said that his fight is not against Tarun Gogoi, the incumbent Chief Minister of Assam, but against poverty.
"Gogoi se larna nahi hai, garibi se hai," he said.
The Prime Minister also spoke about empowering the youth of Assam.
He said that it is time to look after their dreams.
