Pawan Hans chopper crash: Body of one pilot recovered
Mumbai, Nov 9 (IBNS): The body of one of the two pilots, who went missing after a Pawan Hans helicopter crashed off the coast of Mumbai last Wednesday evening, was recovered on Monday, media reports said.
The Coast Guard on Monday located the wreckage of the crashed helicopter, including the cockpit.
The accident had happened while carrying out night landing practice at Bombay High.
Following the crash, the Indian navy had launched a rescue operation.
