Mumbai, Dec 10 (IBNS): A Mumbai court on Thursday pardoned 26/11 Pakistani-American conspirator David Headley, who has turned approver, or a prosecution witness, in the 26/11 case.
Headley will reveal the details of the role he and his co-conspirators played in the 2008  Mumbai terror attacks case.

Headley testified in the court via video-conferencing on Thursday.

Accepting his role in the 26/11 attacks, David Headley, who was testifying from an undisclosed location in the US, reportedly said, "I pleaded guilty in the past to the charges in the US and I admitted I was a participant in these charges... I appear here ready to answer questions regarding these events, if I receive a pardon from this court."

He is currently imprisoned in the US for his role in the attacks in 2008.

The 2008 Mumbai attacks had killed more than 160 people.

Six Americans were also killed on the coordinated attacks in Mumbai now infamously referred to as 26/11 since it had began on the night of Nov 26 in 2008.
