J&K: Youth's bullet-riddled body found in Shopian

Srinagar, Dec 14 (IBNS) The Jammu And Kashmir Police on Monday found the bullet-ridden body of a 25-year-old youth in Shopian district of south Kashmir.

Some locals informed the police that the youth was tied to an electric pole in Shopian district of south Kashmir, police said .

The deceased Rasik Ahmad Khan was abducted at Turkiwangam village and apparently shot at from close range, the official said.

The police said they have registered a case and started their investigation into the matter.
