New Delhi/IBNS: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday met National Security Advisor Ajit Doval to discuss the recent spate of targeted killings in Kashmir.

The meeting comes on a day when a bank manager from Rajasthan was shot dead by a terrorist in Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam.

This is the second targeted attack on Hindus in the Valley in three days.

A terrorist entered the Areh branch of Elaqahi Dehati Bank and shot Vijay Kumar, the bank manager.

CCTV footage shows the assailant fled the crime scene after firing at Kumar.

Kumar was rushed to the hospital but he succumbed to the injuries on the way.

He was a resident of Rajasthan's Hanumangarh and was recently posted as the branch manager.

His death comes two days after terrorists killed a 36-year-old Kashmiri Pandit school teacher in Golpara area of Kulgam district.

In the last two months, two civilians, including a Kashmir Pandit employee Rahul Bhat and two off-duty policemen were shot down by the terrorists.
