'Erdogan is a tyrant’: Netanyahu launches fiery attack on Turkish President at UNGA
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu launched a scathing attack on Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during his address to the UN General Assembly, calling him a “tyrant” and accusing him of hosting Hamas leaders.
“The latest country to become a super-spreader of antisemitic lies is Turkey,” Netanyahu said. “Erdogan is a tyrant. He also hosts the Hamas terror chiefs.”

Targeting Britain and France over their colonial histories, Netanyahu criticised the two countries for accusing Israel of colonialism.
“They accuse Israel, tiny Israel, of colonialism — some colonialism. And who's accusing us? Among them are people in Britain and in France. For God's sake, they invented the term,” he said.
Netanyahu also criticised New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, claiming that Jewish residents no longer felt safe in the city since Mamdani took office.

“Mr. Mamdani, you tried to stop me from coming here. You tried to silence me. Well, you can't silence me. You can't silence me. You can't silence the truth,” Netanyahu said.
The Israeli prime minister also said Israel had been fighting on seven fronts over the past three years.
“Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, Iran, militias in Iraq, militias in Syria, Palestinian terrorists in Judea and Samaria,” he said, listing the groups and countries Israel has confronted.
