As per Johnson, will visit the European nation on July 13.

He called Trump's proposed visit to the UK as the 'greatest'.

Johnson tweeted: "FANTASTIC news that President @realdonaldtrump will at last come to Britain on 13 July. Looking forward to seeing our closest ally and friend on the GREATest visit ever."

In January this year, Trump had cancelled his official visit to the United Kingdom.
