Cyclists battle for top honours at the Asian Road Cycling Championships

Tashkent, Apr 26 (IBNS): The 39th edition of the Asian Road Cycling Championships began in Tashkent on April 23 where participants will not only compete for the top positions but also for qualifying in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic games.

Uzbekistan is holding the Asian Road Cycling Championships, being played between April 23 and 28, 2019, for the first time.

More than 500 athletes from 40 countries are participating in the event.

Participants in the adult, junior and Paralympic teams will compete in team, individual and group races.
