China issues arrest warrant for two financial fraud fugitives

Beijing, Mar 31 (Xinhua/UNI) China's Ministry of Public Security (MPS) has issued a class-A arrest warrant for two fugitives involved in financial fraud.

Suspects Wang Huyun and Guo Hulin are allegedly involved in crimes of false capital contribution, withdrawing contributed capital, forging or altering financial bills and contract fraud, according to a statement posted by the MPS criminal investigation bureau on social media platform Sina Weibo.


The statement contained information about the suspects, including their date and place of birth, ID numbers, photos and addresses.


The MPS is encouraging the public to provide information about the two suspects. Those who offer information leading to the arrest of either of the suspects will be rewarded 200,000 yuan (29,700 U.S. dollars) by the ministry.
