West Bengal: Village couple found dead in South 24 Parganas

Kultolly/UNI: A married couple, parents of two sons, was found dead within 20 metres radius of their home at South 24 Parganas, Kaksha village in West Bengal, police investigating the double death said today.

Eyewitnesses said early morning the villagers found the body of Bhim Haldar (32) hanging by a mango tree in the courtyard and his wife Sakuntala Haldar (28) was lying dead on her bed in the room.

The bodies were sent for autopsy. One of the cousins of Bhim Haldar alleged that the duo was murdered.

The couple left two sons aged 10 and 6.
