My son was beaten to death by teacher Hanif Sheikh and school-owner's son Liton Sheikh," father of the killed student, Julas Mullick, told IBNS.

Police have arrested two accused- Hanif and Liton- and when they were produced in Kandi Sub Divisional Court on Tuesday, judge sent them to police custody for two days.

"We have started investigation into the case. Arrested two are being interrogated. Actual reason behind the student's death will be known, after the post-mortem report comes out," one senior official of Murshidabad district police told IBNS.

Meanwhile, the boarding-school authority has denied all allegations against them.
