New Delhi, Dec 10 (IBNS): Vietnam's Parliamentary delegation, led by Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, met Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Vice President Rahul Gandhi here.

The details of the meetign is not known.

The Congress tweeted: "Vietnam's Parliamentary delegation, led by H.E Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, with INC President & Vice President Smt Sonia Gandhi & Rahul Gandhi."
