Uzbek army’s delegation team visits Counter Insurgency and Jungle Warfare School, Mizoram

Guwahati, Nov 23 (IBNS): To enhance defence cooperation between Indian Army and Uzbekistan Army, a delegation visited Counter Insurgency and Jungle Warfare School, Mizoram on Thursday.

Kohima based Defence PRO Colonel Chiranjeet Konwer said that, the delegation visited various state-of-art training and infrastructure facilities.

They also witnessed demonstrations by the elite instructors of the School to include world class firing ranges, innovative techniques of counter terrorism operations and realistic training being imparted to the combatants of Indian Armed Forces and Friendly Foreign Countries.
