Two militants killed in Jammu and Kashmir
Srinagar, Nov 13 (IBNS): At least two militants were killed in a brief encounter with security forces in Handwara area of Kupwara a frontier district in North Kashmir, police said on Monday.
According to police, two militants were killed when they fired upon joint party of police and army in Zachaldara village of Handwara town in North Kashmir.
"We killed both militants after they attacked search party. Bodies of militants have been recovered along with arms and ammunitions," Senior Police official told IBNS.
