Third bank robbery in Jammu and Kashmir in two months
Srinagar, Dec 15 (IBNS): Suspected terrorists robbed a bank in the Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday, according to media sources.
This is the third bank to be robbed in the state after the demonetisation scheme was announced on Nov 8.
On Nov 21, four armed masked men robbed a bank in Malpora, about 100km from Srinagar, and left with Rs 13 lakhs in mostly banned currency.
The second bank was looted on Dec 8 in Arihal in Pulwama district.
