Guwahati, Jan 22 (IBNS) : Minister of State for Human Resource Development (HRD) Dr Satyapal Singh on Monday again stuck to his claim that Charles Darwin's theory of evolution of man is not scientific.

Satyapal Singh also urged to organise an international debate on the issue.

The Union minister last week commented that Darwin’s evolution theory is not scientific.

The Union minister holding his claim in Guwahati while he participated in a programme held at IIT-Guwahati.

The minister said that several scientists in the world had come out against the Darwin's evolution theory and he made his statement on the base of this fact.

The minister further said there is no evolution or destiny.

“All evidences have come out against Darwin's theory and I proposed if the HRD ministry is ready to sponsor an international debate to decide what is true, factual,” Satyapal Singh said.
