PM Modi to address workshop of BJP MPs
New Delhi, Apr 19 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address a workshop of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislators on government's welfare schemes on Sunday.
The focus of the workshop will be how to work on the government's "pro-poor" initiatives for the people.
It will also deliberate upon the ways to counter Congress's opposition over the land bill.
The one-day workshop coincides with the Congress's 'Kisan Rally' at the Ram Leela Ground here on Sunday, which will be addressed by party vice president Rahul Gandhi.
The workshop called "Garib Kalyan Yojnaye: Its Effective Implementation and Role of MPs", will also deal on the government's pro-poor welfare programmes.
