Four sitting SC judges hint at revolt against Chief Justice of India
New Delhi, Jan 12 (IBNS): In an unprecedented press meet, one of the sitting Supreme Court judges, Justice Jasti Chelameswar, on Friday said the four senior judges of the apex court sent a complaint letter to Chief Justice of India over the functioning of the judiciary but failed to convince him.
However Justice Chelameswar did not reveal the details of the complaint.
The letter will be handed over to the media shortly.
Chelamswar said: "Democracy cannot survive without free judiciary."
