Gaya, May 10 (IBNS) Hours after his arrest in connection with a road rage killing, Rocky Yadav, the son of a ruling JD-U leader in Bihar, on Tuesday claimed that he did not shoot any one, reports said.

Earlier, police  claimed that Rocky, 30, had confessed to have shot dead 19-year-old Aditya Sachdeva.

Rocky,  his face hooded in black, was paraded before the media. He told reporters: "I didn't shoot anyone. I was in Delhi and came because my mother called me."

Rocky, the son of JD-U legislator Manorama Devi,  was arrested on Monday night, two days after he allegedly shot dead Aditya, the son of a businessman, for overtaking his vehicle in Gaya.

Rocky was  reported to have traced down on the basis of the interrogation of his mother.

On Saturday night, Aditya Sachdeva was driving home with friends in his Maruti Swift when he overtook Rocky's Range Rover. Rocky was travelling from Bodh Gaya to Gaya along with his friends.

According to the complaints lodged with police, Rocky first intercepted Aditya's vehicle, beat him up and then shot him on the head.

Rocky's father Bindeshwari Prasad Yadav has already been arrested.
