New Delhi, Dec 4 (IBNS): The Delhi High Court on Monday reserved its order on an interim plea by Sasikala-TTV Dinakaran group of AIADMK for using the 'hat' symbol in the upcoming R K Nagar Assembly constituency by-poll in Tamil Nadu, according to media reports.

The court is expected to pass an order at four pm on Monday.

The Election Commission had allotted the 'two leaves' symbol to the 'united' AIADMK party under E Palaniswami and O Panneerselvam.

The Sasikala-Dinakaran group has also challenged the Nov 23 order given the EC.

The main petition is scheduled for a February hearing, reports said.

The RK Nagar constituency in Chennai goes to the poll on Dec 21. It had fallen vacant with the death of former chief minister and AIADMK chief J Jayalalithaa.
