Currency ban: Rahul Gandhi attacks Modi
Jaipur, Dec 26 (IBNS): Attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his note ban act, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi said the move sacrificed the Indian farmers.
Gandhi said: "Through Demonetisation, Modi ji has sacrificed the Indian farmer, snatched away wages from workers & insulted their labour."
He made the remark while addressing a rally at Rajasthan's Baran area.
The Centre on Nov 8 banned old Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 currency notes.
