Consulate General of India Toronto to virtually observe India's 75th Independence Day

Toronto/IBNS:  The virtual observance of the 75th Independence Day of India would take place on Sunday at the Consulate General of India, Toronto premises at 8 AM (Canadian time).

Apoorva Srivastava, Consul General of India Toronto sends her invitation to all the Indian diaspora for the virtual ceremony with a special video message to everyone.

The event will be telecasted live on the Consulate’s Facebook page whereas the recording of the same would be made available on the below-given link by 10 am on August 15th.

Additionally, the Indian Council of Cultural Relations (ICCR) would be holding a major Cultural Gala in New Delhi depicting the various dance forms and musical shows with the theme of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM). The video of the launch ceremony of AKAM along with the cultural performances shall be made available on the below-given links by 9.30 am on August 15th.
