A BTech student was arrested in Bengaluru on Friday after he allegedly filmed women in the college bathroom.

The accused reportedly threatened the complainants when he was caught filming videos.

He even allegedly warned he would kill them if they reported the issue.

The complainants said the accused recorded the videos and even circulated them on the social media.

The college campus witnessed protests after the incident came to light.

Amid protests, classes were suspended in the college on September 19.

Police sources told India Today that the student had recorded nearly eight videos on his mobile.
