Boy murdered as cow strays into the farmland of Bihar villager

Patna, Dec 2 (TheBiharPost/IBNS): A 10-year-old boy was killed just because his cow had strayed into the field of a villager in Bihar.

The horrible incident took place at Sisia village under Korha police station of Katihar district on Saturday.

According to a report in the local media, Mohammad Ali was grazing his cow when it strayed into the farmland of a local villager Prithavi Chand Singh, leading to a verbal altercation.

The altercation turned violent when the accused beat up the boy badly. He was rushed to the local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

The accused was also injured in the attack by the victim’s family. He too has been admitted to the local hospital. The police are investigating the case.
