BMW case: Court sends MLA's son to one-day police custody

Jaipur, July 3 (IBNS) A court has sent the son of a MLA, who had killed three people and injured five people as his speeding BMW car hit an autorickshaw and a PCR van,to one day police remand.

Siddharth Maharia was arrested following the incident under section 304 of the IPC.


He will be again produced in the court on Monday reports said.

The arrested person is the son of Independent Rajasthan MLA Nandkishore Maharia.
