Andhra Pradesh engineering student found hanging

Vijaywada, Jan 25 (IBNS) A 22-year-old engineering student was found hanging at his home in Andhra Pradesh's Vijaywada on Saturday, reports said.

Puvala Prem Kumar was a student of Nova Engineering College.

He was reportedly depressed as he had not cleared his exams for three years.  He did not leave any suicide note.

The fourth-year student of electrical and electronics engineering had lost both his parents in 2013 and 2014, his brother and roommates said.

His brother Puvala Nagarjuna said they belong to the Madiga Scheduled Caste community and are from the East Godavari district.
