New Delhi, Feb 15 (IBNS): In an attempt to reach out to the Oppositions, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has convened a meeting of leaders of major political parties on Tuesday to garner support from them for a smooth functioning of the Parliament in the Budget Session that begins next week, reports said.
PM Modi has invited leaders of both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha and of major political parties at the meeting.

According to reports, it is not an all-party meeting and the government will not discuss the introduction or passage of bills in the Parliament session.

Modi is believed to seek leaders' cooperation to run the Houses smoothly.
