New Delhi/UNI: A total 141 persons were Saturday named for the prestigious ‘Padma Awards’ which includes former Union Ministers Sushma Swaraj, Arun Jaitley and George Fernandes who have been named for Padma Vibhushan posthumously, a Home Ministry release said here.
